Podgorica With Locals organises guided tours and tourist activities in and around Podgorica. Through this website you can browse our offerings, send an inquiry, and arrange a booking.

2. Inquiries & Bookings

  • Submitting an inquiry via the website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us by email.
  • By confirming a booking you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Prices

  • All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price valid at the time of booking confirmation remains unchanged.

4. Payment

  • Payment is made according to the instructions provided in the booking confirmation.
  • We accept cash and bank transfer, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Cancellation by the Client

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour: 50% refund.
  • No-show without prior notice: no refund.

6. Cancellation by Us

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
  • In such cases we offer a full refund or a free reschedule at your convenience.

7. Liability

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide.
  • BOOKIRAJ.ME DOO is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
  • Participation is at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance.
  • Participants are responsible for their own physical health and must inform us of any medical conditions or limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, photographs, logos, design) is the property of BOOKIRAJ.ME DOO and is protected by copyright. Copying or reproduction without written permission is not allowed.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. The court in Podgorica has jurisdiction over any disputes.
